GENERAL INFORMATION
The graduation ceremony is much more than just an event: it is an unforgettable celebration marking the culmination of your journey at TBS Education. We are honored to celebrate this with you, your loved ones and the entire TBS Education community.
- Friday, June 12, 2026 for Bachelor & DCG/DSCG graduates
- Saturday, June 13, 2026, in the morning, for graduates of the Specialized Master's (MS) and Continuing Education programs
- Saturday, June 13, 2026, late afternoon, for graduates of the Grande Ecole program and Master of Science programs
This exceptional day has a rich program in store for you!
Graduates will be able to borrow gowns, sashes and caps, go on stage, give speeches, and enjoy artistic performances by talented members of our school. The event will end with the traditional 'cap toss', which symbolises collective success.
To close the celebrations, we will offer a celebratory drink and set up several photo booths so you can mark the occasion with your loved ones. No food will be served, and so you are free to enjoy a meal away with your family and friends.
⚠️However, please pick up your car before leaving for dinner; otherwise, you risk being unable to get your car out of the Zénith parking lot!

🚨Important note: Please note that official diplomas will be awarded on site. These diplomas are valuable and unique, and there is only one copy of each. Take good care of them!

Briefing: Gathering in groups
Fifteen minutes before the start of the ceremony, we ask you to gather in groups in the hall. We will then position you in groups to go on stage; then all you have to do is follow the staff instructions and enjoy the parade while solemn music is being played.
Please play close attention tothe staff instructions for the stage phase, as everything needs to be working on the clock! ⏲️
At the end, you will be shown to your seats by the staff.
Bachelor & DCG/DSCG and PGE/MSc graduates can each have 2 guests free of charge.
Specialized Masters (MS) and Continuing Education graduates are allowed to have 3 guests.
Bachelor, DCG/DSCG and PGE/MSc graduates have also a possibility of bringing a possible 3rd guest, for a €15 fee.
For security reasons, no more guests per person are allowed to attend the ceremony.
The ceremony will be subtitled live in English on the screens.
REGISTRATION
Registration will be open from March until May 24 2026 - 23:00 (CEST). After this deadline, you will no longer be able to register. Please plan ahead and respect this deadline.
You will receive an invitation on your TBS Education email inbox. Each invitation is personalized and therefore individual. This email contains a specific link to register yourself and your guests. The registration platform will remain open until May 24, 2026 - 23:00 (CEST).
After this deadline no more registrations are allowed.
During registration, we ask you to share with us a souvenir photo with your friends. We would like to show these photos during your ceremony to create a "memory album" of your student years. This is optional, you are free to share these photos with us or not.
If you choose to share photos with us, they must meet the following conditions to be published:
- Clear image (not blurry or a screenshot)
- Landscape (horizontal) format, not portrait
- More than 1 person visible in the photo
- No signs of drinks, nudity, inappropriate, disrespectful or rude gestures
- By sharing the photo, you grant us the rights to broadcast and authorise us to publish them during the ceremony in front of more than 1,000 people
Thank you for your participation.
As a graduate, it is your responsibility to register your guests. Each guest will receive their own registration confirmation, so please provide an email address for each guest.
If guests do not have an email address, the graduate must enter their own email address and will then receive the registration confirmations on their guests' behalf. Remember to forward these confirmations to your guests!
🚨Entries will not be allowed without a QR code!
Bachelor & DCG/DSCG and PGE/MSc graduates can each bring 2 guests free of charge. There is also a possibility of bringing a 3rd guest for a €15 fee. There will be no waiting list for these programs.
Specialized Masters (MS) and Continuing Education graduates are allowed to bring 3 guests.
If you wish to invite more people, please email us with your name, programme details, and the names of your guests. You will then be placed on a waiting list.
Once the closing date has passed, and only after this deadline, we will review the situation based on the number of registered participants.
Please be patient. If we don't reach our guest limit, we will be able to allow more, and you will be notified.
For security reasons, additional guests are not permitted. Space is limited!
After the registration deadline on 24 May 2026, it will no longer be possible to register people. Access to the site will also no longer be possible.
⚠️Please note that a graduate who is absent from the ceremony does not have a seat and therefore cannot provide one. As they are considered absent, any seats reserved for them will no longer be available.
🫸Each person will need to show their registration confirmation with a QR code, as well as an identity document, at the entrance.
📺If you would like to bring additional guests to your graduation ceremony, you can only register them for the LIVE when you register for yourself.
Children are welcome to attend the ceremony, but must be escorted by an adult. Each ceremony lasts approximately two hours.
- Children aged 0–4 must sit on their parents' laps. They do not need to be registered.
- The ceremony is suitable for ages 4 and up. Children aged 4 and over must be registered and have their registration confirmation (QR code) with an ID document shown at the entrance.
A graduate who is absent from the ceremony does not have a reserved seat and therefore cannot offer it to someone else. As they are considered absent, any seats originally reserved for them are no longer available.
Please note that all guests must show their registration confirmation with QR code, as well as a form of identification, at the entrance.
Animals are not allowed inside the Zénith. Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the venue.
You will receive a confirmation email in your @tbs-education.org inbox with your QR code to show at the entrance on d-day. Please check your spam folder.
A personalized link will be sent to your @tbs-education.org email address as soon as. The platform is scheduled to open in March 2026. Please remember to check your spam folder in case this message ended up there before contacting us.

You can modify my registration until the the deadline for registrations. Graduates will be able to modify their registration as well as that of their guest(s) : add, modify or remove guests.
Refund policy for "paid" tickets for the PGE/MSc, Bachelor or DCG/DSCG 2025 graduation ceremonies
Refund conditions :
Refund requests are accepted until May 24, 2026 – 11:00 PM (GMT +1), which is also the deadline for registrations.
Fees may apply depending on the date of the request:
- Request made between the opening of registrations and April 3, 2026: no fees will be charged.
- Requests made between April 3 and May 24, 2026 – 11:59 PM (GMT+1): a 10% fee will be applied to the €15, resulting in a deduction of €1.50.

FORMALITIES FOR THE BIG DAY
Your diplomas will be given to you just before the ceremony begins.

The arrival time at the Zenith depends on the time of your graduation ceremony. It is recommended that you adhere to the schedule indicated in the detailed program so that you can: pass through security (Vigipirate plan), leave your belongings in the cloakroom, receive your ceremony kit (gown, sash, cap), sign in and collect your diploma, take some photos with your friends and family, and take your place for a formal entrance with the other graduates.
This will allow your guests ample time to settle comfortably in the audience seating. To avoid disrupting the ceremonies, we will close the doors as soon as the event begins.

It is essential to have an elegant, even if comfortable, outfit.
We will lend you the traditional toga and hat for your performance.
You may keep the sash and ribbon as a souvenir.

We are counting on you to respect the loaned garment!
You will be divided into groups of graduates and asked to check in at the changing rooms corresponding to your group. You will need to collect your graduation kit (gown, cap, and sash) and your diploma. You can then leave your personal belongings (coats, bags, etc.) in exchange. These changing rooms are reserved for graduates only. Accompanying persons must keep their belongings with them.
On the day of the ceremony, please bring your invitation so we can scan your QR code. It will be sent to you by email after your registration has been confirmed.
You can present it in paper format or on your phone. Your guests will each have a personal QR code; remember to give it to them or print it out if they don't have a phone.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The Zénith Toulouse Métropole is equipped for people with reduced mobility.
You can park in the disabled parking spaces (parking H) near the entrance hall forecourt or come by tram if you can.
Once you arrive at the entrance, you can head towards the specific entrance entitled "ROSE Reception" which is a priority line. You will then need to present yourself at counter to be signed in with your registration confirmation. You will then be taken care of and seated in the room in the specific designated areas.
However, if you or your guests require special accessibility equipment, please email us so that we can prepare for your arrival.
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Contact the French Embassy or consular services in your country of residence for further information. If you need to provide a letter of invitation, please contact your program and specify the information you require.

The graduation ceremonies will be broadcast live. You must register the people you wish to have access to this live stream when you register.

A free parking area with approximately 2,000 spaces is available to the public, accessible only via Avenue Raymond Badiou. Please note that, as part of the Vigipirate security plan, spaces E, F, and G are closed (only spaces A, B, C, D, and H are accessible).
⚠️Important: Do not leave your car in the Zénith parking lot after the ceremony and reception. If you are going to dinner at La Cartoucherie, please note that the gates will be closed afterwards and you will no longer be able to access the parking lot.
For environmental reasons, please use public transport!

Park and Ride (P+R) facilities are available on the outskirts of the city for parking your vehicle. Use of these car parks is reserved for users of the Tisséo network. To exit, simply use your ticket, validated within the last hour, on the metro, tram, or bus.
